Smart Fixation is designed to provide internal fixation of cranial and facial bones for your patients. Osteosynthesis is surgical procedure aimed at stabilising and joining the ends of a broken bone after a fracture or an osteotomy. Bone fragments are joined by using titanium plates and screws.

Simple as well as complex fractures and osteotomies can be managed with the Smart Fixation. It is a comprehensive and easy to use system addressing the different areas of cranio-and maxillofacial surgery: midface and craniofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, trauma and reconstruction of the mandible, bone grafting and intermaxillary fixation.

The ALFA system has been developed for osteosynthesis in paediatric bone surgery, fracture surgery and osteotomies of the craniofacial region.

Orthognatics

The BETA system is specifically designed for orthognathic surgery. With its low interface and semi-rigid fixation this is the standard for many maxillofacial surgeons.

Trauma & reconstruction

The GAMMA system is a smart and easy-to-use internal fixation system for trauma and reconstructive surgery of the mandible. Reversible and locking features.

Bone grafting

The PHI bone grafting system is intended to repair implant sites with inadequate bone structure due to previous extractions, gum disease or injuries.

IMF screws

The JOTA intermaxillary fixation system is used for binding the maxillary and mandibular teeth together in order to immobilize the jaw.
