Your data
Titamed collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, tracking orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, sending marketing and advertising).
Personal data will be processed on the basis of article 6.1. of the General Data Protection Regulation: (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of a contract, (c) necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, (f) necessary for the representation of our legitimate interest to undertake.
To the extent that the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of Article 6.1. (a) consent, the customer shall always have the right to withdraw the consent given.
Any complaints can be submitted to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy, Drukpersstraat 35 - 1000 Brussels.
Transfers to third parties
If this is necessary in order to achieve the stated objectives, the customers personal data will be shared with other companies (of the Titamed group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected to Titamed or with any other partner of Titamed.
Titamed guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.
Storage Period
The personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period of time necessary to comply with the legal requirements (including accounting requirements).
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
The customer is at all times entitled to inspect his personal data and can correct them (or have them corrected) if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them removed, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
